The real estate investment trust reported a 5.7% year-on-year increase in net property income to S$141.3 million, with gross revenue rising 2.2% to S$190.7 million. Strategic moves included the acquisition of the industrial property at 2 Aljunied Avenue 1 and the divestment of assets at significant premiums to valuation. The trust also strengthened its balance sheet by issuing perpetual securities and reducing aggregate leverage to 26.8%. Growth prospects were highlighted by the NSW Government's endorsement of the trust's Macquarie Park and Bella Vista sites for future data-centre development, aligning with rising demand for cloud and AI infrastructure. Additionally, the trust updated its Distribution Reinvestment Plan, offering unitholders more flexibility in receiving distributions.
