Hong Kong – 18 June 2026 – DMALL (Dmall Inc.) disclosed a share buyback of 708,500 ordinary shares on 18 June 2026, executed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange under its existing repurchase mandate. The transaction, carried out through on-market purchases, was completed at prices ranging from HKD 6.30 to HKD 6.41 per share, with a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 6.37 per share and a total consideration of approximately HKD 4.52 million.
Following the repurchase, DMALL’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell by 0.08 % to 874.80 million shares, while the number of treasury shares rose to 62.71 million. The company’s total issued share count remained unchanged at 937.51 million shares, as the repurchased shares have been retained in treasury and not cancelled.
The buyback forms part of the mandate approved by shareholders on 05 June 2026, which authorises repurchases of up to 88.37 million shares. Cumulative buybacks since the mandate now stand at 8.91 million shares, representing 1.01 % of the share capital outstanding on the mandate date. Under Hong Kong listing rules, DMALL is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 18 July 2026.
Executive Director and President Zhang Feng confirmed that the repurchase complied with all applicable regulations and that no material changes have occurred to the explanatory statement filed with the Exchange.
