Hong Kong–listed LX Technology Group Limited disclosed its first share repurchase under the 06 June 2025 general mandate, buying back 6,600 ordinary shares on 20 April 2026 via on-market transactions.
The purchase was executed at prices ranging from HK$13.21 to HK$13.70, with a volume-weighted average cost of HK$13.44 per share. The aggregate consideration totalled HK$0.09 million.
Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) decreased by 6,600 shares, or 0.0019%, to 353.25 million shares. The repurchased stock has been retained as treasury shares, lifting LX Technology’s treasury share balance to 6,600.
The 2025 mandate authorises the company to repurchase up to 35.33 million shares, leaving 35.32 million shares—equivalent to 9.998% of current issued shares—still available for future buybacks.
In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, LX Technology is subject to a 30-day moratorium on new share issues or the sale/transfer of treasury shares, effective until 20 May 2026.
