Kingsoft Corporation Limited (HKEX: 03888) disclosed key interim results of its STAR Market–listed subsidiary Beijing Kingsoft Office Software Inc. (“Kingsoft Office”, SSE: 688111) for the six months ended 30 June 2026. The figures are prepared under PRC accounting standards and cover only the Kingsoft Office Group.
Revenue accelerated 24.69% year on year to RMB 3.31 billion, driven by continued expansion across its office-software portfolio. Supported by operating leverage and a lower share of R&D expenses, total profit jumped to RMB 2.76 billion, up 254.50%.
Net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company climbed 236.94% to RMB 2.52 billion, while net profit after deducting non-recurring items rose 241.99% to RMB 2.49 billion. Basic earnings per share advanced to RMB 5.44 from RMB 1.62, and diluted earnings per share reached RMB 5.41.
Profitability improved markedly: weighted average ROE rose 11.41 percentage points to 17.76%, and ROE after excluding non-recurring items reached 17.54%. R&D investment remained substantial at 34.76% of revenue, though down 1.31 percentage points from a year earlier.
Operating cash flow declined 12.96% to RMB 0.64 billion, reflecting higher working-capital outflows. Nevertheless, Kingsoft Office’s balance sheet strengthened; total assets expanded 15.00% to RMB 20.88 billion, and net assets attributable to shareholders increased 17.30% to RMB 15.08 billion as of 30 June 2026.
