Listing Update: Suzhou Zelgen Biopharmaceuticals Files Again for Hong Kong IPO

The Hong Kong Stock Exchange disclosed on August 12 that Suzhou Zelgen Biopharmaceuticals Co., Ltd. (ticker: 688266.SH) has submitted a listing application to the main board, with CICC serving as the sole sponsor. The company previously filed for a Hong Kong IPO on December 19, 2025.

According to the prospectus, Suzhou Zelgen Biopharmaceuticals is a comprehensive biopharmaceutical enterprise focused on the discovery, development, and commercialization of innovative small molecule and biologic therapies, with a strategic emphasis on oncology, autoimmune diseases, and hemostasis/hematology. As of the latest practicable date, the company has four marketed drugs: Zepson (Donafenib Tosylate Tablets), the first domestically developed small molecule multi-target drug for first-line treatment of advanced liver cancer in China; Zepel (Gecacitinib Hydrochloride Tablets), the first innovative JAK inhibitor developed in China for treating myelofibrosis; Zepning (Recombinant Human Thrombin), the only recombinant human thrombin in China developed using recombinant DNA technology and successfully commercialized; and Zesuning (Recombinant Human Thyrotropin Beta for Injection), the only recombinant human thyrotropin approved in China for diagnostic use in postoperative follow-up of differentiated thyroid cancer patients, utilized for radioactive iodine whole-body imaging and serum thyroglobulin monitoring.
