QAF Limited (Q01) said its transfer books and register of members will close at 5:00 p.m. on May, 08 2026 to determine shareholders’ entitlements to a final tax-exempt dividend.
The proposed FY2025 final dividend is 0.04 Singapore dollars per share for the year ended Dec, 31 2025.
Shareholder approval for the payout will be sought at the company’s annual general meeting on Apr, 24 2026.
If approved, the dividend will be paid on May, 22 2026.
