Gaush Meditech Updates Memorandum & Articles to Reflect New Cayman Registrar

Gaush Meditech Ltd has amended its seventh amended and restated Memorandum and Articles of Association to reflect a change in the name of its principal share registrar and transfer office in the Cayman Islands.

The update, authorised by shareholders at the 28 May 2026 annual general meeting and announced under HKEX Listing Rule 13.51(1), revises Article 2 to replace “Harneys Fiduciary (Cayman) Limited” with “Ascentium (Cayman) Limited” as the Company’s registered office provider. The registered office address—4th Floor, Harbour Place, 103 South Church Street, P.O. Box 10240, Grand Cayman KY1-1002—remains unchanged.

The Board is chaired by Executive Director Mr. Gao Tieta and comprises four additional executive directors, one non-executive director and three independent non-executive directors.

The announcement was released in Hong Kong on 17 August 2026.
