Investors who have suffered losses can register their claims through the relevant platform.
The legal pursuit for compensation against KOP is progressing, with a new batch of investor lawsuits recently submitted to the court for filing. The company was delisted by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on November 11, 2025, following the discovery of financial misstatements spanning from 2015 to 2023 and fraudulent issuance of shares in 2020.
A legal team has now filed a new set of investor compensation cases with the court. Delisting does not absolve the company of its liabilities, and the avenue for civil claims by affected investors remains open.
Investors who purchased shares between March 22, 2016, and April 29, 2024, and subsequently sold them or held them at a loss after April 30, 2024, are eligible to register for the claim.
Regulatory investigations found that the company engaged in and organized fake trade activities to artificially inflate its revenue and profits. Its annual reports from 2015 to 2023 contained false records, with cumulative fabricated revenue reaching approximately 19.8 billion yuan and inflated total profits exceeding 76.2 million yuan.
Furthermore, the company's 2020 private share placement, which raised 1.25 billion yuan, involved offering documents that referenced falsified financial data, constituting fraudulent issuance.
As a result of these violations, the securities regulator imposed a total fine of 135 million yuan on the company. Individual responsible parties were fined amounts ranging from 750,000 yuan to 7 million yuan, with some being barred from the market.
On November 11, 2025, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange decided to terminate the company's listing, and its shares were officially delisted and transferred to the National Equities Exchange and Quotations system.
In accordance with the Securities Law and relevant judicial interpretations, investors who have incurred losses due to a listed company's misrepresentation have the right to initiate civil compensation lawsuits. Eligible investors are advised to pay close attention to the statute of limitations and seek legal recourse promptly to protect their rights and interests.
