On August 2, according to an official WeChat post from the Shandong government website, the Shandong Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, along with 11 other departments, jointly released the "Action Plan to Support the Innovation and Development of AI OPCs".

The plan focuses on cultivating and expanding a new type of market entity known as the AI OPC (One Person Company), aiming to accelerate the deployment of the "AI + Super Individual" entrepreneurial model.

The target is to establish 100 clearly positioned and fully functional specialized carriers within three years, foster 1,000 leading and high-growth entrepreneurial entities, and gather 10,000 top-tier AI OPC innovation talents.

Support will be provided to cities including Jinan, Qingdao, and Yantai to leverage their industrial strengths, coordinate planning for existing resources and new spaces, and build a series of AI OPC specialty parks by utilizing digital economy parks, advertising parks, online audio-visual parks, and innovation and entrepreneurship incubation centers.
