OUE Limited outlines unit acquisitions, new joint entities and divestments for first half-year 2026

OUE Limited reported a series of corporate actions carried out in the six months ended Jun, 30 2026, in line with Rule 706A of the Singapore Exchange Listing Manual.

The company increased its stake in OUE Real Estate Investment Trust by purchasing 5.27 million units on Jan, 29 2026 at S$0.3524 per unit and a further 5.38 million units on Apr, 24 2026 at S$0.3551 per unit, lifting its interest from 48.88 % to 48.98 %.

Its interest in First Real Estate Investment Trust rose from 45.60 % to 45.81 % after First REIT Management Limited accepted 465,478 units on Jan, 23 2026, 3.95 million units on Feb, 12 2026 and 3.85 million units on May, 4 2026, with issue prices ranging from S$0.2528 to S$0.2783 per unit.

On Mar, 20 2026, indirect subsidiary Encore Dining Pte. Ltd. acquired 147,000 shares in Katsu by Kyu Pte. Ltd. for S$147,000, making the restaurant operator a 49 %-owned associate.

The group also formed two 50 %-owned Singapore entities—OUE TC Airport Hotel Pte. Ltd. and OUE TC TM Pte. Ltd., both incorporated on May, 21 2026—and their wholly-owned private trust, OUE TC Airport Hotel Trust, on Jun, 2 2026.

In addition, wholly-owned subsidiary Debenfield Wild Pte. Ltd. was struck off on Jan, 24 2026.

OUE Limited said the transactions are not expected to materially affect its net tangible assets or earnings per share for the year ending Dec, 31 2026, and none of the directors or controlling shareholders has any direct or indirect interest in the deals.
