Global Resource Construction Ltd. said on May, 25 2026 that its wholly owned subsidiary, Chip Eng Seng Contractors (1988) Pte Ltd, has won a civil engineering contract valued at about 95.7 million Singapore dollars from the Housing & Development Board.

The job covers major infrastructure works at Sembawang Contract 2 and is scheduled to begin in the second quarter of 2026, with a construction period of roughly 55 months.
