IREIT Global (UD1U) said its wholly owned subsidiaries that hold the Berlin Campus property submitted a statement of defence to the Regional Court on Jul, 16 2026, contesting a claim brought by former main tenant DRV.

The manager, IREIT Global Group Pte. Ltd., reiterated that it considers the claim unfounded and believes there is a strong basis for defence.
