Shangri-La Asia Projects ≥70% Jump in H1 2026 Operating Profit to at Least US$87 Million

Shangri-La Asia Limited expects consolidated profit attributable to owners before non-operating items (Operating PATMI) for the six months ended 30 June 2026 to reach no less than US$87.00 million, representing year-on-year growth of at least 70% from US$51.00 million in the prior-year period.

Management attributes the surge primarily to: • Stronger operating performance, including higher revenue per available room (RevPAR) and improved cost efficiency. • A positive foreign-exchange movement that added roughly US$15.00 million to earnings. • Lower interest expense resulting from proactive treasury management.

Stripping out currency effects, Operating PATMI would have been no less than US$81.00 million, still indicating year-on-year growth of at least 35% versus US$60.00 million a year earlier.

The interim results remain unaudited and subject to review by the auditor and the Audit & Risk Committee. Final figures are slated for release by the end of August 2026. Shareholders and prospective investors are urged to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities.
