HUAYAN ROBOTICS Announces Electronic-First Distribution of Corporate Communications From 22 April 2026

Bulletin Express
Apr 22

Guangdong Huayan Robotics Co., Ltd. (HUAYAN ROBOTICS) will shift to an electronic-first model for all corporate communications effective 22 April 2026, in accordance with Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Listing Rules and the company’s articles of association.

Key points of the new arrangement are as follows:

1. Actionable Corporate Communications • Documents that require shareholder instructions (e.g., proxy forms) will be emailed individually. • If a shareholder’s email address is unavailable or non-functional, the company will dispatch printed copies together with a form to collect a valid email address for future use.

2. General Corporate Communications • Reports, circulars, notices and other materials will be published in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.huayan-robotics.com) and HKEX’s website (www.hkexnews.hk). • No separate notice of online publication will be mailed; shareholders are expected to monitor the websites directly.

3. Registering Email Addresses • Shareholders are encouraged to submit a working email address by 22 June 2026 via the dedicated QR-code link or by contacting the H-share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or via 1021-ecom@vistra.com. • The company will deem an email successfully delivered unless it receives a “non-delivery” notification.

4. Requesting Printed Copies • Shareholders may request hard-copy versions of any corporate or actionable communication at no charge by writing or emailing the registrar. • Such requests remain valid until the end of the next financial year unless revoked or replaced.

Contact Information For enquiries, shareholders can call Tricor Investor Services Limited on +852 2980 1333 (Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00, Hong Kong time) or email 1021-ecom@vistra.com.

The board, chaired by Executive Director Mr. Wang Guangneng, approved the above measures to streamline information delivery and enhance environmental sustainability while complying with HKEX requirements.
