JD Health (06618) has released its interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2026, reporting a 15.9% increase in revenue to RMB 40.888 billion. Profit attributable to shareholders reached RMB 3.437 billion, marking a 32.37% increase from the same period last year, with basic earnings per share of RMB 1.08.

Non-International Financial Reporting Standards (non-IFRS) operating profit for the period came in at RMB 3.483 billion, up 40.3% year-on-year. The company attributed the strong performance to a favorable industry environment, including continued government support for the healthcare sector. In the first half of 2026, the State Council issued the "15th Five-Year Plan for Expanding Consumption," which explicitly supports health consumption and the development of new service formats such as health management, opening up long-term growth opportunities from the demand side.

Additionally, the National Health Commission's policy on promoting and regulating the application of "AI + Healthcare" has further encouraged the development of vertical industry large models and medical agents, providing policy support for technology-driven service innovation. The accelerated pace of industry standardization has also highlighted the value of full-chain supply chain layout and compliance operations, creating a favorable environment for JD Health to strengthen its competitive advantages and expand long-term growth.

During the reporting period, JD Health leveraged its core pharmaceutical supply chain capabilities to further solidify user trust and strengthen its leading market position. The company's non-IFRS operating profit margin improved from 7.0% to 8.5%. As a leading healthcare service provider, JD Health continues to implement its long-term business strategy centered on "experience, cost, and efficiency," driving sustained improvements in business growth and profitability. The company is actively promoting the integration of its self-operated supply chain capabilities with medical services, deepening partnerships across the industry chain, and steadily advancing the application of AI across diverse health consumption scenarios. Looking ahead, JD Health will focus on user needs, continuing to expand its online and offline health service boundaries to provide accessible, convenient, high-quality, and affordable health products and digital health solutions.
