Ondas Holdings Inc. (ONDS) saw its stock price plummet 5.08% during intraday trading on Friday. The decline follows a period of significant volatility for the autonomous systems and drone technology company.

The sharp pullback is attributed to investors locking in profits after the stock's massive rally in the previous session. Ondas shares had surged over 27% intraday on Thursday after the company reported first-quarter revenue that skyrocketed 1,065% year-over-year to $50.1 million, significantly exceeding analyst expectations. The company also raised its full-year 2026 revenue outlook to at least $390 million.

Market analysts view the Friday decline as a natural correction following the euphoric reaction to the strong quarterly results, with traders taking advantage of the substantial gains achieved during the previous day's rally.
