Conch Cement Repurchases 0.76 Million A Shares for RMB 13.28 Million, Lifting Treasury Stock to 33.54 Million

On 19 August 2026, Conch Cement executed an on-market repurchase of 760,000 A shares on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, according to the company’s Next Day Disclosure Return filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

• Transaction details: The shares were bought back within a price range of RMB 17.43–17.51 per share, producing a volume-weighted average cost of RMB 17.48. The aggregate cash outlay totalled approximately RMB 13.28 million.

• Capital base impact: The repurchase trimmed Conch Cement’s outstanding A-share count to 3.94 billion (3,943,920,244), down 0.0193% from the previous day’s 3.94 billion (3,944,680,244). Total issued shares, including treasury stock, remained unchanged at 3.98 billion (3,977,460,044).

• Treasury shares: All 760,000 repurchased shares have been retained as treasury stock, increasing the company’s treasury holdings to 33.54 million shares.

The company confirmed that the transaction complied with domestic regulations governing repurchases on the Shanghai Stock Exchange and stated that no material changes have occurred since its earlier disclosure dated 26 May 2026.
