STAR CM Buys Back 17,300 Shares, Lifts Treasury Stock to 67,300 Units

Hong Kong-listed STAR CM Holdings Limited disclosed that it repurchased 17,300 ordinary shares on 17 June 2026, executing the buyback on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange under its existing mandate approved on 19 June 2025.

The on-market transactions were completed within a price range of HKD 0.76–0.83 per share, with a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 0.77 per share. The aggregate consideration amounted to HKD 13,376.69.

Following the repurchase: • Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) declined from 398.49 million to 398.47 million, a marginal reduction of 0.004%. • Treasury shares increased from 50,000 to 67,300. • Total issued shares remained unchanged at 398.54 million, as the repurchased shares are held in treasury and have not been cancelled.

To date, STAR CM has bought back 67,300 shares under the current mandate, equivalent to 0.017% of the total issued shares outstanding on the mandate date. The authorised limit allows for repurchases of up to 39.85 million shares, indicating substantial remaining capacity.

In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, the company is subject to a 30-day moratorium on issuing new shares or selling treasury shares, effective until 17 July 2026.
