Unity Group Holdings International Limited (UNITY GP HLDGS) has announced that its 2026 Annual Report, accompanying circular and notice of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting are now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (unitygroup.eco) and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s website (hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders experiencing difficulty accessing the online documents, or those preferring hard-copy versions, may request printed copies free of charge. To do so, investors should complete the enclosed request form and return it to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, using the prepaid mailing label provided, or email 1539-ecom@vistra.com.

Shareholders holding stock through banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited can opt to receive future corporate communications electronically by submitting an email address to their respective intermediaries. Until a functional email address is recorded, these shareholders will receive printed notifications of online publication.
