Lianlian DigiTech Buys Back 90,500 H Shares, Treasury Stock Climbs to 41.02 Million

Lianlian DigiTech Co., Ltd. disclosed that on 08 October 2026 it repurchased 90,500 H shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices between HK$3.295 and HK$3.33 per share, paying an aggregate HK$0.30 million. The volume-weighted average price for the buyback was HK$3.3087.

Following the transaction, the company’s issued shares (excluding treasury shares) fell by 0.021 % to 430.75 million, while treasury shares increased to 41.02 million. Total issued share capital remained unchanged at 471.76 million shares.

The repurchase forms part of the mandate approved on 05 June 2026, which authorises the company to buy back up to 43.60 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 8.83 million shares, equivalent to 2.03 % of the issued share base on the mandate date.

In line with Hong Kong listing rules, Lianlian DigiTech is subject to a 30-day moratorium on issuing new shares or transferring treasury shares, effective until 07 November 2026.
