Kencana Agri Limited shareholders approve all resolutions at 2026 AGM

Kencana Agri Limited announced that shareholders approved every motion tabled at the company’s Annual General Meeting held on Apr, 24 2026 in Singapore.

Shareholders adopted the audited financial statements for the year ended Dec, 31 2025 and re-elected Henry Maknawi, Albert Maknawi and Charles Loo Cheau Leong to the board.

A total of about 0.17 million Singapore dollars in directors’ fees for the financial year ending Dec, 31 2026 was approved. The meeting also cleared a final exempt one-tier dividend of 0.015 Singapore dollars per ordinary share for FY2025.

RSM SG Assurance LLP was re-appointed as external auditor, and directors were authorised to fix its remuneration.

In addition, investors renewed a general share-issue mandate allowing the board to issue new shares of up to 50% of the existing share capital, authorised the renewal of the interested-person transaction mandate, and approved a share buyback mandate permitting the purchase of up to 10% of the company’s issued shares.

The meeting concluded at 2:35 p.m. with a vote of thanks to the chair.
