According to recent monitoring data, the "Agricultural Product Wholesale Price 200 Index" stood at 115.47 on August 17, rising 0.28 points from the previous Friday. The "Vegetable Basket" product wholesale price index reached 115.97, up 0.34 points over the same period.

As of 2:00 PM on August 17, the average pork price at national agricultural wholesale markets was 16.03 yuan per kilogram, marking a 1.6% increase from last Friday. Beef prices averaged 68.10 yuan per kilogram, up 0.6%, while羊肉 averaged 65.03 yuan per kilogram, rising 0.4%. Egg prices hit 10.40 yuan per kilogram, a 1.9% increase, and white-striped chicken was priced at 17.33 yuan per kilogram, up 0.4%.

The average price of 28 key monitored vegetables was 4.64 yuan per kilogram, up 1.3% from last Friday. In contrast, the average price of six key monitored fruits fell 1.3% to 6.92 yuan per kilogram. Among aquatic products, crucian carp averaged 20.40 yuan per kilogram, down 0.7%; carp was 14.50 yuan per kilogram, also down 0.7%; silver carp rose 1.8% to 10.60 yuan per kilogram; and large ribbonfish fell 1.1% to 42.70 yuan per kilogram.

Among the 46 key monitored agricultural products in domestic wholesale markets, the top five price increases compared to last Friday were oyster mushrooms (up 6.7%), rapeseed (up 5.1%), lettuce (up 4.0%), cucumber (up 3.7%), and spinach (up 3.2%). The top five price decreases were Ya pear (down 3.6%), giant peak grape (down 3.6%), Fuji apple (down 1.8%), Chinese cabbage (down 1.6%), and large yellow croaker (down 1.4%).
