China Shengmu Flagged for Significant Public Float Shortfall; Listing at Risk if Compliance Not Restored by 2 Feb 2028

Bulletin Express
Aug 06

China Shengmu Organic Milk Limited disclosed that the Hong Kong Stock Exchange has classified the company as having a “Significant Public Float Shortfall” under Rule 13.32F. The designation follows the company’s failure to meet the minimum public-float requirement stipulated in Rule 13.32B.

Under Rule 13.32G(3), the Stock Exchange may cancel the company’s listing if the public-float shortfall is not rectified on or before 2 February 2028. Shareholders and potential investors are therefore urged to exercise heightened caution when trading China Shengmu shares.

The clarification, dated 6 August 2026, corrects an omission in the company’s 5 August 2026 positive profit alert by adding the full regulatory warning. No other details in the earlier announcement were amended.

At the date of the clarification, the board comprises: • Executive Director: Zhang Jiawang • Non-Executive Directors: Chen Yiyi (Chairman), Zhang Ping, Bai Fengming, Sun Qian, Shao Lijun • Independent Non-Executive Directors: Wang Liyan, Wu Liang, Sun Yansheng

The company secretary is Li Kwok Fat.
