Bank of Jiujiang Co., Ltd. (HKEX: 06190) has scheduled a board meeting for 28 August 2026 to consider and approve the consolidated interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2026 and to authorise their publication.
The announcement, released on 18 August 2026, notes that Chairman Zhou Shixin will preside over the session, which will also address other routine board matters. Board membership currently comprises 10 directors: two executive directors (Zhou Shixin and Xiao Jing), four non-executive directors (Luo Feng, Shi Zhishan, Zhou Miao and Liu Yinan) and four independent non-executive directors (Wang Wanqiu, Zhang Yonghong, Tian Li and Guo Jiequn).
