Tianjin Pharmaceutical Da Ren Tang Group Approves FY2025 Reports, Profit Distribution and IPT Mandates at AGM

Tianjin Pharmaceutical Da Ren Tang Group Corporation Limited announced that shareholders at the May, 15 2026 annual general meeting approved all 16 resolutions tabled for the financial year ended Dec, 31 2025.

Key ordinary resolutions passed included acceptance of the chairman’s, board and audited financial reports, and endorsement of a FY2025 profit-distribution plan.

Shareholders also approved directors’ fees of about 0.06 million Singapore dollars each for three independent directors and the overall FY2025 directors’ remuneration package.

The meeting renewed the interested person transactions mandate and authorised aggregate credit lines of about 13.46 billion renminbi. It further approved a shareholders’ return plan for 2026-2028 and the appointment of a new independent director, Zhai Shuping.

All resolutions garnered at least 97 per cent support, with the new independent director’s appointment receiving 99.1 per cent of the cumulative votes cast.

The AGM was held onsite in Tianjin and via video conference in Singapore, with a quorum present and voting scrutinised by independent parties. The meeting closed at 4:31 p.m. local time.
