XD Inc. (HKEX: 02400) disclosed in its Next Day Disclosure Return dated 22 July 2026 that it repurchased 187,800 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 22 July at prices ranging between HKD 41.42 and HKD 43.48, for a total consideration of HKD 7.92 million. All shares repurchased are intended for cancellation.
Including this latest transaction, the company has bought back 4.63 million shares since activating the current mandate approved on 28 May 2026, equivalent to 0.95 % of the 489.30 million issued shares outstanding at the date of the mandate. The authorisation permits repurchases of up to 48.93 million shares, leaving roughly 44.30 million shares (about 9.0 % of current issued capital) available under the existing limit.
As at 22 July 2026, XD Inc.’s issued share capital stood unchanged at 489.31 million shares because the repurchased shares had not yet been cancelled. A moratorium on new share issues or sales of treasury shares remains in place until 21 August 2026, in line with Hong Kong listing rules following the latest on-market buyback.
