Li Auto Completes USD 6.98 Million Buyback; 1.15 Million Shares Moved to Treasury

Li Auto Inc. disclosed that on 7 July 2026 it repurchased 1.15 million Class A WVR ordinary shares on the Nasdaq Global Select Market at prices ranging from USD 6.0125 to USD 6.185 per share. The volume-weighted average repurchase price was USD 6.0641, bringing total cash outflow for the transaction to USD 6.98 million.

Following the buyback, issued shares excluding treasury decreased by 0.066 % to 1.74 billion, while treasury shares increased to 69.29 million. The overall share count remained unchanged at 1.81 billion.

The shares were repurchased under a mandate approved on 29 May 2026 that authorises Li Auto to buy back up to 214.28 million shares. Including the latest transaction, 49.69 million shares—equivalent to 2.32 % of the share base at the mandate date—have been repurchased to date. A 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury share sales runs through 6 August 2026.
