During the National Day holiday, the public security organs in Baiyin City fully mobilized their forces to carry out various tasks related to risk prevention, safety assurance, and stability maintenance. The city's overall social situation remained stable, public order was well maintained, and road traffic was smooth and orderly.
Baiyin City strictly implemented the "Ten Strict Management Measures" and the "Three Supports" requirements, dynamically adjusted duty deployments, optimized traffic organization and scheduling, activated 8 traffic police enforcement stations, and added 236 temporary duty points. Patrol and control efforts were strengthened along national and provincial highways, county and township roads, and roads surrounding scenic areas to effectively maintain road traffic order.
The city strictly implemented mechanisms for rapid response of patrol forces at key locations and the "Six Time Periods" and "Six Patrols" duty system for social surface control. A total of 3,750 person-times of social surface patrol and control police forces, including SPTU and CPTU units, were deployed. Full-time patrol and control were focused on scenic areas, key sections, key locations, and places with relatively concentrated personnel activities, further strengthening social surface management.
A three-dimensional patrol model combining foot patrols, vehicle patrols, motorcycle patrols, and drone patrols was adopted to improve street-level police visibility, management efficiency, and emergency response rates. At the same time, grassroots police stations gave full play to their advantages of familiarity with local people, places, and conditions, going deep into communities and enterprises to investigate and resolve conflicts and disputes, handling a total of 324 public complaints and disputes.
