China New Higher Education Group Limited announced that, effective 28 April 2026, Ms. Wong Wai Ling will step down as Company Secretary and authorised Process Agent under Hong Kong’s Companies Ordinance. The Board reports no disagreements with Ms. Wong and notes that her departure involves no matters requiring shareholder attention.

Concurrently, the Board has appointed Ms. Lam Wai Yee Sophie to both positions. Ms. Lam is currently Vice President of the listed corporate secretarial department at SWCS Corporate Services Group (Hong Kong) Limited and brings more than 20 years of company secretarial and compliance experience. She has previously served as (joint) company secretary for multiple Main Board–listed companies.

Ms. Lam holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Translation and a Postgraduate Diploma in Corporate Administration. She is a Chartered Secretary, a Chartered Governance Professional, and a Fellow of both The Chartered Governance Institute (UK) and The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute, where she also holds a Practitioner’s Endorsement.

The Board expressed gratitude to Ms. Wong for her contributions and formally welcomed Ms. Lam to her new roles.
