Anxian Yuan China Reports Steady Share Capital Structure in July 2026 Monthly Return

Anxian Yuan China Holdings Limited submitted its Monthly Return for the period ended 31 July 2026, confirming that both authorised and issued share capital remained unchanged through the month.

The group’s authorised share capital stood firm at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each, equivalent to HKD 1.00 billion. No authorisations for additional shares or cancellations were recorded.

Issued share capital was likewise stable at 2.22 billion ordinary shares, with no treasury shares held. Consequently, the company affirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum public-float requirement of 25 per cent.

Under the share-option scheme adopted on 28 August 2018, 74.05 million options remained outstanding at month-end; no options were exercised and no new shares were issued or transferred during July.

The filing noted no activity in respect of warrants, convertible securities, other share-issuance arrangements or treasury-share movements. The return was authorised and submitted by Director Mr Law Fei Shing on 3 August 2026.
