Hong Kong, 27 Mar 2026 – Mobile-game developer XD Inc. reported a fresh on-market repurchase of 120,000 ordinary shares on 26 March 2026, paying between HK$63.85 and HK$66.00 per share. Total consideration for the day reached HK$7.76 million.
The company’s issued share capital remained unchanged at 494.43 million shares as at 26 March, as all repurchased shares have yet to be cancelled. From 25 February to 26 March, XD Inc. executed 22 repurchase transactions, buying back a cumulative 2.18 million shares earmarked for cancellation—about 0.44 % of its current issued share base. The aggregated outlay for these pending cancellations is approximately HK$155.08 million, translating into a volume-weighted average cost of roughly HK$71.20 per share.
These transactions fall under the general mandate approved by shareholders on 29 May 2025, which authorises the repurchase of up to 49.17 million shares. To date, the company has bought back 2.87 million shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, equivalent to 0.58 % of the shares outstanding on the mandate date, leaving an estimated 46.30 million shares—about 94 % of the authorised limit—still available for future repurchases.
In accordance with Main Board Rule 10.06(3)(a), XD Inc. is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 25 April 2026, unless prior approval is obtained from the Exchange.
