Powerlong Commercial Management Holdings Limited (“Powerlong CM”) has disclosed a series of corporate administration updates, effective 30 June 2026.

The company’s Hong Kong place of business will relocate to 31/F, Tower Two, Times Square, 1 Matheson Street, Causeway Bay. This move marks the sole change in office address noted in the filing.

Governance updates accompany the relocation. Ms. Leung Wai Yan has resigned as joint company secretary, authorised representative under Listing Rule 3.05, and Hong Kong process agent under Listing Rule 19.05(2) and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance. Ms. Leung confirmed no disagreement with the Board and no matters requiring shareholder attention.

Following her departure, Ms. Zhang Yiting—already recognised by the Stock Exchange as a qualified company secretary—assumes the role of sole company secretary and becomes the new authorised representative. Additionally, Ms. Ng Sau Mei is appointed as the company’s process agent.

The Board expressed appreciation for Ms. Leung’s contributions and extended a welcome to Ms. Zhang and Ms. Ng. The Board currently comprises one executive director, two non-executive directors and three independent non-executive directors.
