At the 2026 interim results conference held on August 21, Ping An's Co-Chief Executive Officer Guo Xiaotao stated that the company's technology and AI initiatives are not pursued for their own sake, but rather to harness vertical-specific data advantages across diverse business scenarios to empower various operations. Guo emphasized that Ping An's core AI development strategy centers on five major pillars, representing an intelligent evolution of its prior digital transformation blueprint under the "AI in all" framework, which encompasses intelligent operations, intelligent management, intelligent business execution, intelligent services, and intelligent marketing.

Guo noted that at this stage, Ping An has already completed the construction of its AI infrastructure and is now entering a phase where AI generates value through scenario-based empowerment.
