JOYSON ELEC trims H-share float by 1.35 million in July; public float still above 5% threshold

Ningbo Joyson Electronic Corp. (JOYSON ELEC) has filed its Monthly Return to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for the period ended 31 July 2026, outlining a minor contraction in its Hong Kong-listed share base driven by on-market repurchases.

• Authorised share capital unchanged Total authorised/registered capital stood at 1.55 billion ordinary shares (par value: RMB 1 each), split between 155.10 million H-shares and 1.40 billion A-shares. No changes were recorded during the month.

• Issued H-shares reduced; treasury stock expanded Issued H-shares (excluding treasury shares) fell by 1.35 million to 149.76 million, while treasury shares rose to 5.34 million. The movement reflects two repurchase transactions executed on 23 July (300,000 shares at HKD 12.916) and 24 July 2026 (1.05 million shares at HKD 12.7709). All repurchases were conducted under a mandate approved on 12 May 2026.

• A-share structure stable Shanghai-listed A-shares remained unchanged at 1.38 billion issued shares, alongside 12.66 million shares held in treasury.

• Public float intact After the July buybacks, the company confirmed compliance with the Hong Kong listing requirement that at least 5 % of issued H-shares (excluding treasury shares) be held by the public.

• No outstanding options, warrants or convertibles The filing reported no share options, warrants, convertible securities, or other contractual arrangements that could dilute the share capital.
