Keppel DC REIT Unitholders Pass All Resolutions at Apr, 30 2026 AGM

Keppel DC REIT (AJBU) announced that all resolutions tabled at its Annual General Meeting held on Apr, 30 2026 were duly approved by unitholders.

Unitholders adopted the trustee’s report, the manager’s statement and the audited financial statements for the year ended Dec, 31 2025, with 1,308,387,443 votes (99.96%) in favour and 490,767 votes (0.04%) against.

Messrs PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP was re-appointed as auditor until the next AGM, receiving 1,308,907,895 votes (99.96%) for and 472,567 votes (0.04%) against.

The appointments of Ms. Christina Tan and Ms. Yeo Siew Eng as directors of the Manager were re-endorsed. Tan’s re-endorsement secured 1,207,629,818 votes (93.69%) for and 81,384,158 votes (6.31%) against, while Yeo’s received 1,305,643,536 votes (99.78%) for and 2,935,722 votes (0.22%) against.

Unitholders also granted the Manager a general mandate to issue new units and/or convertible instruments of up to 50% of the total issued units, with a sub-limit of 20% for non-pro rata issues. The mandate passed with 1,223,357,920 votes (93.43%) for and 85,995,397 votes (6.57%) against.

The meeting concluded at 4:42 p.m. with a vote of thanks to the Chairman.
