Yuexiu Services Group Limited has issued a supplemental notice for its Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled at 10:30 a.m. on 5 June 2026 at Novotel Century Hong Kong, confirming that all previously announced resolutions will be tabled alongside two new ordinary resolutions concerning board composition.

The supplemental agenda seeks shareholder approval to re-elect Ms. Li Huiting and Mr. Xu Jianhui as executive directors. Both were appointed by the board on 20 May 2026 following the resignation of former executive directors Mr. Wang Jianhui and Mr. Zhang Chenghao.

Director profiles • Ms. Li Huiting, 47, has served as chief financial officer since 7 July 2023 and holds more than a decade of finance-management experience at Yuexiu Property. She previously worked in the audit division of PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Guangzhou office. Li is a certified public accountant on a non-practising basis in mainland China. Her three-year service contract, effective 20 May 2026, carries no director’s emolument. • Mr. Xu Jianhui, 54, is deputy general manager of Guangzhou Yuexiu Property Development Co., Ltd. and leads its finance operation centre. His background spans senior finance roles across the Yuexiu Group. Xu’s three-year contract, also effective 20 May 2026, provides fixed annual emoluments of approximately RMB 0.88 million and an annual discretionary bonus linked to group and individual performance.

Key timetable • Share register closure for AGM attendance: 2–5 June 2026; share transfers must be lodged by 4:30 p.m. on 1 June 2026. • Share register closure for the proposed final dividend: 15–16 June 2026. The dividend is expected to be paid on or about 8 July 2026 to shareholders on record as of 16 June 2026.

The Board and its Nomination Committee have reviewed the skillsets and experience of Ms. Li and Mr. Xu and unanimously recommend voting in favour of their re-election. All other AGM resolutions outlined in the original 29 April 2026 circular remain unchanged.
