Alphamab Oncology Repurchases 1.82 Million Shares in September; Public Float Remains Intact

Hong Kong – Alphamab Oncology (ALPHAMAB-B) reported that 1.82 million ordinary shares were repurchased and transferred into treasury during September 2026. As a result, the company’s issued share count (excluding treasury shares) declined to 966.58 million from 968.40 million, while total treasury shares rose to 7.81 million. Overall issued share capital stayed unchanged at 974.38 million shares.

Authorised share capital was stable at 25.10 billion shares with a par value of USD 0.000002 each, equivalent to total authorised capital of USD 50,200.

Share-based incentives recorded only minor adjustments: 5,250 options under Pre-IPO Share Option Plan I were cancelled, leaving 9.17 million outstanding. Post-IPO Share Option Plan options fell by 60,000 to 0.79 million. No new shares were issued and no treasury shares were transferred under any option or restricted share award schemes during the month, and no warrants or convertible securities were outstanding.

The repurchases were executed on 17 trading days between 1 September and 28 September 2026 at prices ranging from HKD 7.66 to HKD 8.85 per share, in line with the share buy-back mandate approved on 12 June 2026.

Alphamab Oncology confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum 25% public float requirement as at 30 September 2026.
