Helens International Holdings Company Limited (HLS) said on Apr, 22 2026 that Executive Director Yu Zhen will retire and not seek re-election at the company’s annual general meeting scheduled for May, 14 2026, in order to focus on other business pursuits. She will continue to serve as the group’s chief financial officer.
The board has nominated Senior Vice President Lei Xing, 34, for election as an executive director at the same meeting. Lei joined the group in Apr, 2018, previously served as an executive director from Mar, 2021 to Sep, 2023, and is currently responsible for sales and marketing.
Lei is slated to sign a three-year service agreement effective upon shareholder approval, with annual remuneration of about HK$0.60 million plus discretionary bonus. She will also become an authorised representative of the company.
Lei holds approximately 6.81 million ordinary shares of Helens International, equal to around 0.54% of the company’s issued share capital. The board said Lei has no other directorships in listed companies over the past three years and no family ties with existing directors or substantial shareholders.
