MoneyMax Financial Services clears all resolutions at Apr, 28 2026 AGM; declares 2.0-cent total dividend for FY2025

MoneyMax Financial Services Ltd. held its Annual General Meeting on Apr, 28 2026 at its Changi Business Park headquarters, where shareholders approved every item on the agenda, including the adoption of the FY2025 audited results and multiple share-related mandates.

Shareholders endorsed the Directors’ Statement and FY2025 financial statements, and backed a final one-tier tax-exempt dividend of 1.50 Singapore cents per share together with a special one-tier tax-exempt dividend of 0.50 Singapore cents per share, bringing the total payout to 2.0 Singapore cents.

Dato’ Sri Dr. Lim Yong Guan was re-elected as Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, while Mr Ko Chuan Aun was re-elected as an Independent Director and will continue to chair the Remuneration Committee. Investors also approved S$245.0 million Singapore dollars in directors’ fees for FY2026, payable quarterly in arrears, and confirmed the re-appointment of RSM SG Assurance LLP as external auditor.

Under special business, the meeting authorised the board to issue new shares, renewed the interested-person transaction mandate, and granted authority for share issuance under the MoneyMax Performance Share Plan 2024 and the company’s Scrip Dividend Scheme. All resolutions were passed via poll with support ranging from 98.83% to 100% of votes cast.

The AGM concluded with management noting continued focus on the core pawnbroking, secured lending and retail trading segments, ongoing diversification of funding sources, and planned expansion in Singapore and Malaysia.
