China Ruyi Holdings Limited has distributed its annual report for the financial year ended 31 December 2025 and updated shareholders on the procedures for receiving future corporate communications.

The 2025 annual report is accessible in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (http://www.ryholdings.com) and has been filed with HKEXnews. Printed copies remain available upon request.

Shareholders may at any time switch between printed and electronic delivery. To change preferences, investors can: 1. Complete and mail the enclosed request form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong; or 2. Send a written or email notice to is-ecom@vistra.com, stating name, telephone number, address and the new delivery choice.

China Ruyi encourages electronic delivery and recommends shareholders provide a functional email address at least seven days in advance to receive timely notifications of new documents and all future actionable corporate communications. If no valid email is on file, the company will continue to send printed materials or postal notifications until an email address is supplied.

For assistance, shareholders may contact the registrar’s customer service hotline at (852) 2980 1333, Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., excluding Hong Kong public holidays.

The notice was signed by Chairman Ke Liming on 23 April 2026.
