Country Garden Holdings Company Limited announced that it will not proceed with the previously proposed issuance of 36.00 million CoCom Work Fee Shares under its general mandate connected to the group’s restructuring.
Instead, the developer settled the outstanding CoCom work fee—totaling USD 6.95 million—entirely from internal funds by the end of March 2026.
Management stated that cancelling the equity issuance and opting for a cash settlement will have no material adverse impact on the group’s financial position or operations.
The decision was approved by the board and disclosed in an exchange filing dated 27 April 2026.
