LEADS BIOLABS-B (09887) shares tumbled more than 7% in early trading, adding to recent losses. As of the latest check, the stock was down 6.89% to HKD 54.05, with turnover reaching HKD 608 million.

On July 24, Kpc Pharmaceuticals, Inc. announced plans to sell up to 2,443,022 shares of LEADS BIOLABS-B, with an estimated transaction value of approximately HKD 132 million. Notably, this planned sale comes just ahead of the expiration of LEADS BIOLABS-B's lock-up period.

Meanwhile, Dr. Kang Xiaoqiang, a co-founder of LEADS BIOLABS-B, has stated that he will voluntarily extend the lock-up period for all of his directly held H-shares, totaling approximately 7.875 million shares.
