BAIOO completes HK$0.42 million share buy-back; treasury stock rises to 2.10 million shares

On 11 June 2026, BAIOO Family Interactive Limited executed an on-market repurchase of 0.90 million ordinary shares on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. The purchase price ranged from HK$0.455 to HK$0.465 per share, resulting in an aggregate consideration of HK$0.42 million and a volume-weighted average price of HK$0.4616.

Following the transaction, the company’s outstanding share count (excluding treasury shares) declined by 0.031 % to 2,865.07 million shares. Concurrently, treasury shares increased from 1.20 million to 2.10 million, while total issued shares remained unchanged at 2,867.17 million.

The buy-back was conducted under the repurchase mandate approved on 27 June 2025, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 286.72 million shares. To date, BAIOO has repurchased 2.10 million shares under this mandate, equivalent to 0.0732 % of the share capital outstanding on the mandate’s approval date.

In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, BAIOO is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 10 July 2026.
