Huisheng International Holdings Limited announced on 18 June 2026 that the English and Chinese versions of its latest Circular, Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) and Proxy Form have been uploaded to both the company’s website (www.hsihl.com) and the HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

The company strongly encourages shareholders to access these documents electronically. Holders who previously opted for hard-copy communication will find printed versions enclosed with the notice.

Shareholders experiencing difficulty with email notification or web access can obtain printed copies of all future corporate communications by completing the Change Request Form and returning it to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, using the pre-paid mailing label or via email (1340-ecom@vistra.com).

Huisheng International stresses that it is each registered shareholder’s responsibility to provide a functional email address. Until a valid address is on record, the company will deliver notices of publication and actionable corporate communications in printed form only.

Enquiries can be directed to Tricor Investor Services Limited on +852 2980 1333 between 09:00 and 18:00, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

The notification is authorised by Executive Director Zhang Zhenghua on behalf of the Board of Huisheng International Holdings Limited.
