SF Holding Subsidiary Secures CSRC Registration to Issue Up to RMB 50.00 Billion in Corporate Bonds

SF Holding Co., Ltd. announced that wholly owned subsidiary Shenzhen S.F. Tyson Holding (Group) Co., Ltd. has received approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) to register a public offering of corporate bonds to professional investors with a total face value not exceeding RMB 50.00 billion.

The CSRC’s approval, issued under document “证监许可【2026】455 号,” grants Tyson Holding a 24-month validity period from the registration date, during which the bonds may be issued in multiple tranches.

Prior board and shareholder authorizations were obtained on 26 March 2024 and 30 April 2024 respectively, covering both onshore and offshore debt financing plans. The company will disclose subsequent issuance details in accordance with regulatory requirements.
