Quantgroup Reports No Share Capital Changes in April; Maintains 515.10 Million Issued Shares and Full Public Float Compliance

Quantgroup Holding Limited (Quantgroup) has filed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer for the period ended 30 April 2026, confirming a steady share capital structure with no equity movements during the month. The return was submitted to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 6 May 2026.

Quantgroup’s authorised share capital remained unchanged at 700.00 million ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.0001 each, equivalent to USD 70,000.

Issued share capital was also stable. The company closed both March and April at 515.10 million ordinary shares in issue, with zero shares held in treasury. Consequently, the total number of issued shares likewise remained at 515.10 million.

The company affirmed that it met the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25%, indicating that an adequate proportion of its shares continues to be held by public investors.

No new share options, warrants, convertible instruments, or other equity-linked arrangements were issued or outstanding, and there were no share repurchases, redemptions, or cancellations during the reporting month.

All relevant confirmations required under Main Board Rule 13.25C were provided by Joint Company Secretary Ms. Yu Shanling, indicating adherence to listing rules and regulatory obligations.
