Zhejiang Express Announces Appointment of New Compliance Chief at Zheshang Securities

Zhejiang Express has issued an announcement stating that the Board of Directors of Zheshang Securities recently received a written resignation letter from Mr. Xu Xiangjun. Mr. Xu has resigned from his position as Compliance Chief of Zheshang Securities due to work adjustment reasons. Furthermore, Zheshang Securities held its 43rd meeting of the Fourth Board of Directors on April 3, 2026, where it approved the appointment of Ms. Lü Xiaoping as the company's Compliance Chief. Her term will commence from the date of board approval and continue until the expiration of the current board's tenure.
