Evergreen Products Group Limited (EVERGREEN PG) reported that its issued share base fell by 5.15 million ordinary shares during July 2026, reflecting the cancellation on 20 July of shares repurchased on-market on 26 June following shareholder approval on 15 May.

• Equity incentive and convertible instruments – No share options were granted, exercised or outstanding. – The group has no warrants, convertible securities or other equity issuance arrangements in place.

• Public float – Management confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25% of issued shares.

The cancellation underscores ongoing capital management actions at EVERGREEN PG, with no new equity issuance or treasury transactions recorded during the period.
