Prudential plc discloses PDMR share acquisition under Restricted Stock Plan

Prudential plc (PRU) announced that Regional CEO for Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, India and Africa, Naveen Tahilyani, has acquired 41,153 ordinary shares for nil consideration following the release of a 2025 award under the Prudential Restricted Stock Plan.
The shares were transferred by the trustee of the Prudential plc Employee Share Trust on Jun, 30 2026, and the transaction was executed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
The disclosure was made on Jul, 03 2026 under requirements for persons discharging managerial responsibilities and their closely associated persons.
