Uni-President China Publishes 2026 Interim Report and Implements Full Electronic Dissemination of Corporate Communications

Bulletin Express
Aug 17

On 18 August 2026, Uni-President China Holdings Ltd. announced the release of its 2026 Interim Report in both English and Chinese. The document is now accessible on the company’s website (www.uni-president.com.cn) and on the HKEX news portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

In line with the new Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules, the company has adopted a policy of distributing all future corporate communications exclusively by electronic means. Both language versions of reports, circulars, notices and other shareholder materials will be available online, replacing routine distribution of printed copies.

Key arrangements include: • Non-registered shareholders who wish to receive electronic notifications must provide a functional email address to their respective banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited. • Until an email address is registered, shareholders will not receive email alerts and must proactively check the company and HKEX websites for new publications. • Shareholders preferring hard-copy documents can obtain them free of charge by submitting the enclosed reply form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai.

Enquiries about these arrangements can be directed to the registrar’s hotline on (852) 2862 8688 during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., excluding public holidays).
